Our Triple Disinfectant Process… Keeping you Safe
In light of the current health crisis our business is adjusting to ensure the safest possible environment for our staff and clients. In accordance with the CDC, the state of Connecticut, and OSHA we have made the following changes to our business operations and augmented our safety protocols:
1) To allow for a thorough cleaning of all rooms, surfaces, tools and equipment we will be limiting the number of clients we see per day.
2) We employ a Triple Disinfectant Process (T.D.P) on all tools used for eyelash services. Every tool and instrument treated under our T.D.P system starts with
- (a) wash in our newly acquired Ultra Sonic Surgical Instrument Cleaner,
- (b) full immersion in OPTI-Cide Max 3, an EPA APPROVED cleanser that is effective at killing COVID 19 virus in ONE MINUTE. OPTI-cide Max 3 is widely used by ophthalmologists; and
- (c) disinfection and storage in UV-C Germicide Box.
3) We have invested in purchasing more eyelash application instruments to ensure no over-lap of use.
4) All clients MUST wear a MASK at All Times.
5) All LashBrow Center staff MUST wear a MASK and mouth shield at All Times.
6) All clients and staff will be checked with a touchless InfraREd Monitor
7) Blankets will no longer be used during treatment. Clients may bring their own cover up or blanket for their comfort. Blankets are available for purchase on-site or at our WEbSHOP lashbrowbeautystore.com.
8) Pillows are available on a limited basis we encourage clients to bring their own pillow for their comfort. Pillows are available for purchase on-site or at our WEbSHOP Lashbrowbeautystore.com.
9) The state mandates that all waiting areas be closed off and as a result clients should wait in the car until appointment begins.
10) Our POS system accepts APPLEPAY for touchless payment options.
