 All of our services are by appointment only.

Due to the intricate nature of eyelash extension and eyebrow services, ample time is needed to create a safe and artistically customized design.

Booking Appointment

Microblade services: if you have had previous eyebrow tattoos you MUST send photos to lashes@ctlashbrow so that we may evaluate your service needs OR schedule a consultation. We have a NO REFUND POLICY for Microblade service.  At the time of booking a 50% of list price NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be charged.  In the event that your service needs to be rescheduled we will APPLY your DEPOSIT to your re-scheduled service.

Eyelash Extension Services: where applicable A $100 deposit is required to HOLD your appointment.. NO SHOWS the deposit will NOT be refunded.  CANCELLATIONS the deposit will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation made within 24 hours of appointment but will be applied to a re-scheduled appointment.

Running Late

We recognize that anything can happen during the course of the day.  Each service time has been carefully measured and set aside to create a design to client satisfaction.  If there is not enough time allowed to complete the service it may be necessary to re-schedule the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Where applicable cancellations must be done 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Appointments booked on-line may be cancelled, but only within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. After this timeframe of 48 hours, cancellations must be made over the phone. Please call at 203.858.6249.

Scheduling Appointments

Scheduling can be done conveniently and safely online, but we understand that sometimes it may be difficult to determine which service is best for you.

Reschedule

Where applicable appointments booked on-line may be rescheduled but only within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. After this timeframe cancellations must be made over the phone. Where applicable a deposit may roll over into the next booked appointment.

No Show

A “No Show” will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Methods of Payment

We accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, DISCOVER cash, and check. All returned checks will be subject to a $45 fee.

Cell Phones

We ask that you quiet your cell phones.

Children

We love them! However, we ask that all children be left at home. This is your time, and we want you to enjoy it!
